PENDAMPINGAN PENGEMBANGAN POTENSI SITUS SEJARAH GUNUNG BATUR SEBAGAI DAYA TARIK WISATA RELIGI DI PURWODADI TEPUS GUNUNGKIDUL

Abstrak

Various innovative - creative activities carried out in the tourism sector can increase tourist appeal through the development of attraction, amenityp and accessibility aspects. This community service activity aims to identify the potential of the Mount Batur Historical Site as a religious tourism attraction along with its problems in Purwadadi Village, Tepus, Gunungkidul through the Village Innovation Program (PID). This activity includes 3 main stages of activities, namely pre-implementation, implementation and evaluation. The pre-implementation stage includes the formation of the P2KTD Team, then collaborating with the PMD (OPD) of Gunungkidul Regency. The implementation stage consists of orientation, identification of potential and problems in the development of the Mount Batur Historical Site as a tourist attraction, tourism awareness training and Sapta Pesona, tourism village governance, and its institutions. The Identification of potential and problems used survey and FGD methods, while the training used lecture, brainstorming and discussion methods. The training was carried out with an adult education approach. The results achieved were: identified potential and problems in the development of the Mount Batur Historical Site; all training participants were able to achieve the predetermined passing grade; and the RKTL was compiled.
