Abstract
This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to empower members of the Bangmalang Women’s Community (PKK) in Cepit Village, Sewon Sub-district, Bantul Regency, through training in the creation of refreshing beverages made from local ingredients. The main issues faced by the community include a lack of knowledge and skills in processing local materials into marketable products, limited entrepreneurial insight, and inadequate understanding of product packaging and marketing strategies. The program is implemented through three main stages: preparation, training, and mentoring. The training focuses on practical sessions to produce healthy and attractive modern beverages using locally available ingredients such as ginger, lemongrass, turmeric, pandan leaves, and various tropical fruits. Participants are also introduced to simple packaging techniques and marketing strategies utilizing social media platforms. Post-training mentoring ensures the sustainability of skills and supports participants in building self-confidence to start home-based businesses. The expected outcomes of this activity include improved skills among PKK members in producing and marketing local-based beverages, the creation of marketable home products, and the development of entrepreneurial spirit among women as a means to enhance family welfare and contribute to the local economy.
