Abstract
Tourism village attractions, must at least meet three aspects, namely attractions, amenities and accessibility. One part of the amenity facilities that needs attention is the homestay. Good homestay management in terms of quantity and quality will increase this attraction. From the identification of problems in the Pancoh Ecotourism Village, it shows that the number of homestays and rooms in 2019 decreased due to the Covid pandemic. Also, from 2020 to 2023 there was no change with the numbers, it's remaining 48 houses with 70 rooms. Related to the slow development of the homestays, it cannot be separated from the ability to manage finances (financial literacy) of their owners. The existence of good homestay financial management can be used as a basis for decision making in homestay development. This community service activity aims to educate financial literacy for homestay managers so that it can be used as a basis for decision making both in terms of investment and funding in order to increase the quantity and quality of homestays. Community service activities are conducted in three stages, namely: a). the pre-implementation stage consists of: identifying problems, determining training programs as solutions to problems and coordinating the service team; b). Implementation of community service in the form of financial literacy education for homestay managers; c). Evaluation, consisting of evaluating the implementation of training to measure the achievement of training targets and evaluating community service activities. Of the 33 registered participants, all attended the training and achieved the graduation target with a post-test score of ≥ 60. As a form of commitment to the sustainability of the implementation of activities, an RKTL (Follow-up work plan) was made by the training participants.
