To prevent the spread of disease and ensure the safety of guests, hygiene and sanitation standards must be updated and improved. The pandemic has changed the expectations and concerns of guests regarding hygiene and health. Guests are now paying more attention to the hygiene and health protocols of the accommodation provider. This training helps homestay owners understand and implement appropriate hygiene standards to meet guest expectations and build their trust. Many countries and territories have introduced new regulations and guidelines related to post-pandemic hygiene and health. This training helps homestay owners understand and comply with the latest regulations, as well as ensuring that they not only meet the standards, but also protect themselves from potential legal issues. Homestays that adopt and implement the CHSE standard can distinguish themselves from their competitors. In an increasingly competitive market, highlighting commitment to hygiene and safety can be a significant advantage, attract more guests, and enhance reputation.
