Abstract

A tourist village is an integrated ecosystem between attractions, amenities, accessibility, activities, human resources, and the existence of a tourist village management organization. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the ability and understanding of homestay managers in the Pancoh ecotourism village covering aspects of products, services and management. After the training, participants are expected to be able to implement homestay management including maintaining the cleanliness of the homestay in homestay management activities so that they can increase the quality of service and products offered in. In addition, training participants are also expected to be able to understand matters related to homestay management and development. The methods used in the training are through lectures, brainstorming and discussions. The approach used is an adult education approach, because it is assumed that participants already have a lot of experience in running activities and managing homestays, considering that the Pancoh ecotourism village is included in the category of independent tourist villages. The recommendation in this training, participants who are homestay managers in the Pancoh ecotourism village are expected to be able to develop better homestay management.
