Editorial Preface
Since 2018, JTEc has been published online in open access. To maintain a high level of academic performance, Editorial Board has been set up with top academics from the region. In this edition we are grateful to have many articles from many universities and higher education institutions. We hope these papers will make significant contributions to the understanding of various issues on tourism development sector in Indonesia and Asia.
Taking into account the ongoing pandemic situation, research on its impact on tourism is also presented. Furthemore, the phenomenon of the food business world on the GoFood online application which is predicted to become a trend in the future presented as new insight. This edition also discusses various research on tourism development in various protected areas such as Bromo mountain, Bangsring underwater, and De Tjolomadoe heritage. Security and safety issues were also discussed at the Sri Gethuk waterfall destination.
Various methods are also presented in this edition. Qualitative and quantitative methods with various analytical tools were also used by the researchers. You will see SWOT analysis, systematic literature review, regression, and descriptive are used in gaining an understanding of a phenomenon.
